For B2B firms

Sales meetings with your buyers, on your calendar. Pay for meetings that happen, not for effort.

Done-for-you cold email. We build it, send it, answer every reply and book the meeting.

We take two new clients a month.

The problem

Sound familiar?

Every way you get clients today either makes you wait or bills you for effort.

Referrals you can't predict

You can't control when they arrive, how many come next month, or who they come from.

A retainer that pays for activity

You paid an agency every month and got reports on emails sent. What you wanted was meetings.

Networking and LinkedIn are a lottery

Three hours, twenty handshakes and maybe one conversation six months later. Post daily and hope one lands.

A sales hire is eighty thousand plus ramp

And you find out whether they can do it about six months after you start paying them.

Why us

Agencies bill for activity. We charge per meeting that happens.

  • Per meeting that happens

You pay for qualified meetings that actually take place. No-shows cost nothing.

  • Cancel a bad fit, free

If a booked meeting doesn’t fit, cancel it before the call and you don’t pay for it.

  • Month to month

No long-term contract, and no retainer for activity.

Book a call

Pricing and what counts as a qualified meeting are covered on the call and set in the client agreement.

How it works

Five steps, start to finish

  1. Step 1: We build separate sending infrastructure

New domains and inboxes, kept apart from your business and warmed for about twenty-one days before anything sends. Your real domain never sends a single cold email.

  2. Step 2: We build the list, you approve it

We pull the companies that match your ideal client and find the person who signs at each one. You see the list and sign off before anything is sent.

  3. Step 3: We write the copy, you approve it

Short emails written for your market and tested on real reply data. Nothing goes out until you have read it and said yes.

  4. Step 4: We send, and answer every reply

Within fifteen minutes during business hours. Questions, objections, reschedules, all of it. We qualify each person before anything gets booked.

  5. Step 5: The meeting lands on your calendar

A decision-maker at a company you told us you want. If one doesn’t fit, cancel it before the call and you don’t pay for it. You show up and close.

About

I don’t sell data. I build the machine.

What I do is build systems. I find what’s actually capping how a firm gets clients, then build the thing that clears it.

I found my own clients with it. Every one came out of the same engine I’d build for you. I had no network to lean on, which is probably why I trust it.

And I’m the one in your inbox. Every reply comes to me. We take two new clients a month, so each one gets built out properly.

Book a call and we’ll go through how you get clients now. I’ll come with your market sized: how many companies fit, how many are showing a reason to buy right now, and how pricing works. Then we’ll work out whether this is a fit.

FAQ

Common questions

You pay per qualified meeting that actually takes place. There’s no retainer for activity. We walk through the numbers for your market on the call.

A call that actually takes place, with a decision-maker at a company that fits the target profile we agree at kickoff. No-shows cost nothing. A reply doesn’t count, and neither does a referral to someone else.

Cancel it before the call and you don’t pay for it. You also approve the list before anything is sent, so most bad fits are caught before anything sends.

No long-term contract. It runs month to month. Pricing is covered on the call, and the client agreement sets out what counts as a qualified meeting.

Twenty-one days of warmup before anything sends. Domains and inboxes have to age or they land in spam. First meetings usually appear seven to ten days after sending starts, so roughly a month from onboarding. Our fastest so far: a contract locked two days after launch, and a $20,000 deal closed inside two weeks. That’s the ceiling, not the average.

No. One 30-minute onboarding call to define your ICP, your exclusion list and your voice. After that you attend meetings. You never log into a sending tool.

Three things usually break it. Sending from your primary domain, which destroys your deliverability. Emailing companies with no reason to buy right now, which caps your reply rate under half a percent. And no personalization, which reads as spam. We fix all three, and we work the replies, which is where most of the loss actually happens.

No. We book the meetings; you run them and close. That’s why you pay for meetings that take place, not for contracts. We’re not in the room for the close.

Yes. Most firms hand us the whole inbox, because how fast a reply gets answered is where meetings are won or lost. If you’d rather answer your own replies, we can set it up that way, and we’ll walk through what that changes on the call.

If your buyers show a signal we can find, this works: hiring, funding, growth, permits, ownership or leadership changes. Most of our campaigns so far have run for B2B service firms, selling into construction and trades, accounting, finance, project management, healthcare, marketing, sales and VC-backed companies. The mechanism doesn’t change; the targeting does. On the call we size your market before either of us commits.

We deduplicate against it before anything sends. You give us your client list and do-not-contact list during onboarding, and those companies are suppressed permanently.

It depends on your niche, your geography and your deal size. On the call we model it with your actual numbers (your deal size, your close rate, the companies in your market showing a signal right now) rather than quoting you an average. Then we report on it weekly, so you’re never guessing where you stand.
